PFTA Personal Training School in Austin, TX hosts CardioPump Kettlebell once every quarter (4x/year).  This is a closed event, exclusively for PFTA students.

9-10am History of Kettlebell, Structure of Kettlebell Components, Biomechanics

10-10:15am Common Mistakes with Swings and ways to correct for different types of learners

10:15-12:15pm Hardstyle Kettlebell Swings: Bilateral, Unilateral, Alternating Hand-Offs

12:15-12:30pm Swing-Only workout

12:30-1pm Hardstyle Front and Goblet Squats

1-1:45pm Break to grab lunch

1:45-2pm Hardstyle Presses and Push Presses

2-2:30pm Hardstyle High Pulls, Snatches, and Windmills

2:30-2:45pm Hardstyle program design for Level 1, 2, and 3 clients

2:45-3:45pm Kettlebell Total Body 1-hour Hardstyle class

3:45-4:15pm Soft-style kettlebell choreography on the 32-count phrase

4:15-4:40pm Intermediate Choreographed Group Fitness kettlebell workout

4:40-5:10pm Turkish Get-up (plus versions for special populations and half Get-up for group fitness)

5:10-5:15pm Written Exam & Practical Skills Testing Procedures explained, Group Q&As
